How do I track my order?

Once the payment of your order is complete, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s) included within the body of the email.

What are my delivery options?

Domestic shipments will be handled by UPS. All expedited orders placed before 3pm will be processed the same day. NOREEN only ships during business hours. NOREEN and UPS are not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to the causes beyond UPS’s control. If there are any disruptions within your shipment, customer service will be contacting you promptly.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send back your items for a refund or exchange as long as it does not exceed the 30 day grace period. Returning package must be postmarked. Returning package must not be washed, altered or worn in any way. Original tags must be attached to the item. Returns will take up to 5 days for your credit to be processed, and will be confirmed within an email.

Did you receive a damaged item?

If your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Customer Service before returning your item so that we assist you accordingly. All damaged items will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery and photos will be required for reporting.
